2. Products
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and prices are accurate. However, colours may vary depending on individual screen settings and devices.
All products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where we reasonably believe there has been an error, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our website.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Luna Mare Resortwear.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase, but if not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
● Unworn and unused
● In original condition
● Free from perfume, makeup, fake tan, deodorant or other marks
● Returned with all original tags attached
For hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear with removed hygiene seals cannot be returned unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
7. Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the fault.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
8. Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, branding, logos, product descriptions, graphics and designs, is the property of Luna Mare Resortwear and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
