Refund Policy

We hope you love your Luna Mare purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns in accordance with the policy below.

Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
   ●    Unworn, unused and in their original condition
   ●    Returned with all tags attached
   ●    Free from perfume, makeup, fake tan, deodorant, pet hair or any other marks
   ●    Returned in the original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
   ●    Swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed
   ●    Earrings
   ●    Any item that has been worn, washed or altered

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please note that due to the delicate nature of crochet, knit and embellished garments, minor loose threads do not necessarily constitute a fault and can often be carefully trimmed without affecting the garment.

Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
